We have contacted NEWS about this case and they are very interested in how a person who died at a Assisted Living Facility was no longer a resident and they Doctor who signed a death certificate did not have the patient as a patient or a record in the computer.

Also the DCF report will be posted. The blanked out names will be spelled out since you can see the ink even when it's blanked out.
