The Check Book that Lakie obtained through her investment broker was from the Estate of Albert Robert Miller that had close to $1 million in it. There was another Estate that was dissolved and made into the Lakie Living Trust fund which Alan Kauffman Esq was not only the the Trustee but also the Guardian of the Lakie Living Trust and beneficiary along with a Randy Schlanger and a John Shrills (a Green Card Holder from Venezuela).
Alan C Kauffman also wrote checks on the Albert Robert Miller Estate and used that account to pay himself and a Video Elizabeth when she was signing the Will. Esquire Deposition Services of Boca Raton video taped this, was paid by the Estate of Albert Robert Miller and Alan C Kauffman refused to allowed the Estate to view this during an incapacitated hearing where E. Miller was found incapacitated to handle her affairs yet alone a Irrevocable Trust Account. The account was paid for by the ARM but was never placed in the Albert Robert Miller Estate name but instead into Alan C Kauffman's name who claims it is his property and refuses to show it. This Video was made for the sole purpose to demonstrating that Elizabeth was of sound mind when she signed a Will with him, a Predesignated Guardian Administrator, and Beneficiary of the Lakie Miller Living Trust. We the Family feel if this is shown it will demonstrate Elizabeth Miller aka E. Lakie Miller was incapacitated at the signing of a Will and all legal papers.
He had no standing with the Albert Robert Miller Trust but was dipping into it to drain it. The money taken out was sent to ARM was sent to the Lakie trust. How do we know this?

In 2 (two) courts of law Alan C Kauffman and his attorney's at Elliot Greenleaf in Pa and Duane Morris in Florida stated that Alan C Kauffman never moved money out of the Albert Robert Miller Estate, never had knowledge of the ARM Estate, and thought this was a joke thinking they are getting away with this. In fact on one of the court record Alan C Kauffman's attorney David R. Carlisle of Duane Morris's own sworn testimony for Alan Kauffman stated that the account's whereabouts are unknown and somewhere in Pennsylvania.
This person claimed to be "taking care " Of Elizabeth Miller. We the Family heard this Randy Schlanger call her Granny and Mom in the halls of the Broward Country Court House. We the Family also have copies of checks written out to her with her own handwriting for cash and endorsed by her.There were checks written out with various amounts to her that was not in Elizabeth handwriting and not endorsed with Elizabeth handwriting according to the experts at the IRS when the Estate of Albert Robert Miller was audited by the IRS for back taxes.

Randy J Schlanger and her husband was in debt when they met Elizabeth Miller and needed money. Lots of money. Their business was failing and they owed money. Could this be the woman who posed as her"daughter" and removed Elizabeth from Homewood 4 months before she died?

She had also written herself as a next of kin. Randy Schlanger has no blood ties to the Miller or Fuiman Family. She was a "NEW 45 year old best friend" of Elizabeth Miller who was diagnosed with schizophrenia in Philadelphia Pennsylvania in 2002-2003.
There was a check also written out to Drawer Full of Lingerie written in Randy's Schlanger's hand writing as well as teeth brightening and to a hairdresser who is no longer in business who brightened false teeth in a 96 year old's month and those checks were written out by Randy Schlanger. More will be scanned tomorrow including the 2 mentioned in this paragraph.
According to a FL DCF (Department of Children and Family Services) Randy Schlanger presented to them a check book with a few checks that were presigned as E. Lakie Miller. This will be posted in a few days
According to Ben's Deli in Boca Raton, Randy or a John Shrills would call them, order take, out and pick them up with a check signed by E..Lakie Miller. In the beginning the amount was $200.00 per week and it increased to $600.00 per week. Seems the Estate of Albert Robert Miller was feeding Randy's entire family and guests. These will be scanned in a few days
