Randy J Schlanger is a con artist who managed to get another Randy Schlangers ID

This Randy J. Schlanger is a con artist who managed to get another Randy Schlanger's ID  and social security number of Boca Raton.  Randy J. Schlanger  did the same with my mother in law stole her ID and yet she works now at Signature senior living for her next victims. Randy J. Schlanger added a Carol Ann Schlanger as a mother in law to her ID. She also added Carol Ann Schlanger as part of her address. Carol Ann Schlanger is not related to Randy J. Schlanger .

This is what the other Randy Schlanger said in a Face Book IM.

Randy Schlanger accepted your request.

Hi Loretta I am sorry for your loss. This is not me!!! Although she has used my information in numerous issues. Even to the point when I pay my taxes, I need to use an additional number because she some how got my social security number. I was born with my name and she married a Paul Schlanger. I am mortified as to what she is being accused of as I am quite upset my Good Name is being used.

Yet the Boca Raton Florida Police and the Palm Beach Sheriff Office is permitting this. This Randy J. Schlanger and Alan C Kauffman stole my son's and step son's inheritance. Randy J. Schlanger, along with her junkie drug drunken daughters, murdered my Mother in Law. She came to court with my mother in law called her Granny making a demented elderly women think she is her daughter or grand daughter. When my son stood up and said you are not my grandmothers grandchild.. this Randy J. Schlanger said she is someones grandmother and not yours and left with my mother in law to a room where she continued to poison her mind.

Randy J. Schlanger's mother in law's name was Dorothy Schlanger and she died in Boca Raton and body was moved to the State of New York.  I found a medical transport permit for her but I can not find one for my mother in law.

Elizabeth Lakie Miller funeral is a secret, how she was transferred from Florida to Pennsylvania is a secret and where she died is a secret. The enter death certificate is a lie. The doctors signature looks like Randy J. Schlanger's handwriting trying to write right handed.

According to the Death Certificate Elizabeth Lakie Miller died at 9591 Yamato Road Boca Raton (Homewood Residence Assisted Living) and Dr Kenneth Lee Manchon had an office at 1901 Congress Avenue #420 Boynton Beach Florida 33426.

He has no record of her being a patient or even writing a death certificate.

They wrote on the Death Certificate the cause of death is congestive heart failure but that is a symptom not a cause.

There are two types of heart failure: systolic and diastolic.
  • Systolic heart failure: This condition occurs when the pumping action of the heart is reduced or weakened. A common clinical measurement is ejection fraction (EF). The ejection fraction is a calculation of how much blood is ejected out of the left ventricle (stroke volume) divided by the maximum volume remaining in the left ventricle at the end of diastole, or when the heart is relaxed after filling with blood. A normal ejection fraction is greater than 55%. Systolic heart failure is diagnosed when the ejection fraction has significantly decreased below the threshold of 55%.
  • Diastolic heart failure: This condition occurs when the heart can contract normally but is stiff, or less compliant, when it is relaxing and filling with blood. The heart is unable to fill with blood properly, which produces backup into the lungs and heart failure symptoms. Diastolic heart failure is more common in patients older than 75 years of age, especially in patients with high blood pressure, and it is also more common in women. In diastolic heart failure, the ejection fraction is normal or increased.

  • The heart is fundamentally a blood pump. It pumps blood from the right side of the heart to the lungs to pick up oxygen. The oxygenated blood returns to the left side of the heart. The left side of the heart then pumps blood into the circulatory system of blood vessels that carry blood throughout the body.
    • The heart consists of four chambers.
    • The two upper chambers are called atria and the two lower chambers are called ventricles.
    • The right atrium and right ventricle receive blood from the body through the veins and then pump the blood to the lungs.
    • The left atrium and left ventricle receive blood from the lungs and pump it out through the aorta into the arteries, which feed all organs and tissues of the body with oxygenated blood.
  • Because the left ventricle has to pump blood to the entire body, it is a stronger pump than the right ventricle.
Picture of congestive heart failure.
This is a picture of congestive heart failure. The heart is a pump that works together with the lungs. The heart pumps blood from the veins through the lungs where oxygen is added and then moves it on to the arteries. This pumping action creates a relatively high pressure in the arteries and a low pressure in the veins. Image courtesy of Bryan Moss at Scott and White Hospital, and David A. Smith, MD.

  • Heart failure is an illness in which the pumping action of the heart becomes less and less powerful. When this happens, blood does not move efficiently through the circulatory system and starts to back up, increasing the pressure in the blood vessels and forcing fluid from the blood vessels into body tissues. Symptoms depend on which area of the body is most involved in the reduced pumping action.
    • When the left side of the heart (left ventricle) starts to fail, fluid collects in the lungs (edema). This extra fluid in the lungs (pulmonary congestion) makes it more difficult for the airways to expand as a person inhales. Breathing becomes more difficult and the person may feel short of breath, particularly with activity or when lying down.
    • When the right side of the heart (right ventricle) starts to fail, fluid begins to collect in the feet and lower legs. Puffy leg swelling (edema) is a sign of right heart failure, especially if the edema is pitting edema. With pitting edema, a finger pressed on the swollen leg leaves an imprint. Non-pitting edema is not caused by heart failure.
    • As the right heart failure worsens, the upper legs swell and eventually the abdomen collects fluid (ascites). Weight gain accompanies the fluid retention and is a reliable measure of how much fluid is being retained.
  • Although heart failure is a serious medical condition, there are many causes and the outcome can vary from person to person. Heart failure may develop gradually over several years, or more quickly after a heart attack or a disease of the heart muscle. Congestive heart failure (CHF) is generally classified as systolic or diastolic heart failure and becomes progressively more common with increasing age. In addition, patients with risk factors for heart disease are more likely to develop congestive heart failure.
Elizabeth Lakie Miller was diagnosed in Philadelphia with Bundle Branch Block. When a bundle branch or fascicle becomes injured (by underlying heart diseasemyocardial infarction, or cardiac surgery), it may cease to conduct electrical impulses appropriately. This results in altered pathways for ventricular depolarization. Since the electrical impulse can no longer use the preferred pathway across the bundle branch, it may move instead through muscle fibers in a way that both slows the electrical movement and changes the directional propagation of the impulses. As a result, there is a loss of ventricular synchrony, ventricular depolarization is prolonged, and there may be a corresponding drop in cardiac output. When heart failure is present, a specialized pacemaker may be used to resynchronize the ventricles. In theory a pacemaker like this will shorten the QRS interval, thus bringing the timing of contraction of the left and right ventricles closer together and slightly increasing the ejection fraction.

So on her death certificate it should have said the primary reason was Myocardial Infarction and secondary end stages of Diastotic Congestive Heart Failure. Congestive Heart Failure can be caused by poisoning, beating, starving someone to death.

Just a few signatures on checks Alan C. Kauffman and Randy Schlanger signatures and "Elizabeth Lakie Miller's" signature. Only one is the true one. Legg Mason/Citi Bank did not do it's job is checking these out, as well as the merged Smith Barney Morgan Stanley who allowed an Estate to stand there unwatched and permitted Alan C Kauffman and Randy J Schlanger to write forged checks and tell lies to Elizabeth Lakie Miller. Charles E. Shuman, the financial manager, was part of this because Jordan and Loretta Miller, as well as their son Marcus, pulled their account out of his hands since he allowed Elizabeth Lakie Miller to stalk their accounts and sent her management accounts summary of the activities of the account and the value of the account. Jordan M. Miller wrote a formal complaint to Legg Mason and nothing was done against Charles Shuman. The manager of the branch allowed this.

Other papers will be presented on Elizabeth Lakie Miller's stalking of her son and daughter in law.
But right now  we present her "signatures".

This one is the real signature below. This check was written out to David Miller  my step son. All the checks above were written out to either Randy Schlanger,  her "special" friend, or to Cash endorsed by Randy Schlanger,
