He is the GO TO for attorneys to appear in court.  His job is to test and recommend. Alan C Kauffman and other attorneys like Alan C Kauffman use a doctor like Philip Edward Heller to make sure that they make their clients look normal. The information above is who Philip Edward Heller is. He is on the Florida Bar Association Grievance Committee so that means you can not even complain about any attoreny they used him! According to his outstanding resume he had he left out a few details. The details involved allowing a client to take home a test he was suppose to administer in his presence and therefore cheat. The documents below were found on the net and it was presented in the Medical disciplinary board about Phillip Edward Heller. The search began with a simple Google of Heller's name. Once in the courts it is an public record. Please remember the Estate Of Albert Robert Miller paid for the following and it is the property of the Estate of Albert Robert Miller. These Documents were presented in court and signed by Philip Edward Heller. The Family did their best to bring this to the Medical Board but the board has rules that only a Guardian or the patient can complain. Therefore allowing a rape of the patient's assets which happened. Please note the arrows. The family will explain as each paper is read by you: Please note the age and date of birth. The Family had a US Census Report and it stated that Elizabeth Miller was born April 9,1910. Let the record show that Elizabeth Miller graduated in 1929 which made her 19 years old which is the correct age for her. Note she is stated that her husband's name is Adam which is her father's name and he died early leaving her as a young widow which is not true. The Albert Robert Miller was the name of her husband and he died of a hematoma of the brain from a fail from the 2nd floor to the first floor. Albert Robert Miller had prostrate cancer which she refused to allow him to get the proper surgical treatment he needed to live longer. Marcus' mother was not the same mother as David. And Elizabeth Miller hated both daughter in laws because they were daughter-in-laws. No other reason. If you were an in-law you were the enemy. Elizabeth Miller was under Narcotics when she was being examined for this mental test and the signing of the will as well as being video taped. This video that was paid by the Albert Robert Miller Estate was not presented in court when asked to view it. Alan Kauffman stated she said private things in there and it would embarrass her. After she was declared incapacitated 6 months later by 3 court Medical Examiners. The family doubts she was aware of what she was saying since incapacitation is not an over night disease. Elizabeth Miller's high school records showed she was not the sharpest tool in the shed and she was argumentative with her teachers and many times her older sister who was her guardian had to come to school to get her out of trouble and to promise the school she would do better just to pass high school. Those High School records will be presented at the bottom of this blog. Please note it is shown on this report she was being recorded. and she was not in a hospital gown  and her make up was in place and hair combed. This is not a normal appearance for someone in the hospital for a kidney stone that has not be removed as of yet or in pain from a kidney stone. Yet alone taking a Standardized Mini Mental State Examination - SMMSE which is also known as the Folstein Mini Below is the Exam and the scoring. The normal range for this test is between 23- 30...  boarder line range 19-23.... Impaired below 19.... Elizabeth Miller scored a 12 and according to Philip Edward Heller that is within Normal Ranger for her age. No that is within normal range for someone who is impaired . So let the Family put this in layman's terms: Philip Edward Heller FUDGED THIS TEST and his license should be removed for lying to the courts.  Now The Family Presents the  US CENSUS which is a legal document. This Census was used in Broward County court and ignored by 2 Magistrates. The last one by the name of Rita Berry who did more damage to the Estate of Albert Robert Miller then anyone in the Broward County Courts. Probate Court was developed to protect the ward and Berry refused to "entertain" this US Census on her age. If we have one lie presented then the rest is untrue. Further letters that Philip Edward Heller wrote dug him even further into his lie with Alan C Kauffman.      Please note the name is now changed to Lakie Miller The mention of the Cunningham's who posed as a Rabbi and wife took over $20,000 in checks that are known. We the family do not know how much cash was given to them Yet the Broward Courts ignored this and Alan Kauffman blamed the Daughter-in-Law Loretta Miller for stealing money when she had a court document that Elizabeth Miller made up that story because she hated her and was preventing Elizabeth from writing checks to NEW BEST FRIENDS like the Cunninghams.The Department of Family Services found no evidence that Loretta Miller even touched Elizabeth Millers money and that document of Elizabeth will be shown after this one is fully disclosed. . The above again mentions a video never produced Please note a new birth date. Philip Edward Heller now states Elizabeth Miller is now 91 years old and born April 9th, 1916.   Elizabeth is a different personality then of Lakie Miller. This personality makes Lakie 6 years younger then Elizabeth. This means Lakie not Elizabeth never graduated South Philadelphia High School for Girls and being 6 year younger than Elizabeth... Leonard Fuiman, her younger brother who had a twin by the name of Lakie was born in 1916. Leonard's twin was either killed or died at a young age.Out of some guilt Elizabeth took on the name of Lakie. Hating the name of Elizabeth therefore hating herself and Elizabeth had a new personality named Lakie Ruth Fuiman, the late wife of Leonard Fuiman, told the Family of Albert Robert Miller many times that Leonard Miller had a twin sister and she had a tragic death in a drowning at the age of 6 years old and the mother and father of Elizabeth and her family never talked about it. And at the age of 12 years old Elizabeth was committed for shock treatments at the Philadelphia Psychiatric Institute called Byberry in Philadelphia and transferred her experience that Loretta Miller was admitted there at 12 years old by her parents when it was Elizabeth who was admitted there and released after 3 years of therapy. Magistrate Rita Berry of the Broward County courts was informed of this and she ignored it stating that she wasn't going to entertain it because Alan C. Kauffman was an "esteemed" attorney. Next letter became a vicious letter and a personal attack on The Family. Now Philip Edward Heller's duty was to evaluate Elizabeth Miller not to attack the Family.  But because Philip Edward Heller was caught in a lie with the his score and confirmed by the 3 Court Appointed Medical Mental Health team Heller took this entire attack on the daughter in law Loretta Miller who was trying to protect Elizabeth from those wanting to strip her of the Estate of Albert Robert Miller and place these monies into their own pockets. Please not the following letter and report sent to Alan C. Kauffman: . Here is the Mental Health Team Report which was court appointed.  There are 3 separated reports. One is where Alan C. Kauffman sat in and coached Elizabeth. Note the different names E. Lakie Miller , Lakie Miller and Lakie E Miller. If you note that Elizabeth as E Lakie Miller mentions that Marcus took $35,000 when the loan to David JOEL Miller was $37,500. from her. Again she confused one grandchild for another blaming the one who was trying to protect her. In addition to the $37,500 David took close to $18,000 more until DCF stopped him The Contract below shows that David Miller received the monies pay the interest and still owed the Principle at before Elizabeth Miller was murdered.  Question is would you go to a psychologist who did this? The Check Book that Lakie obtained through her investment broker was from the Estate of Albert Robert Miller that had close to $1 million in it. There was another Estate that was dissolved and made into the Lakie Living Trust fund which Alan Kauffman Esq was not only the the Trustee but also the Guardian of the Lakie Living Trust and beneficiary along with a Randy Schlanger and a John Shrills (a Green Card Holder from Venezuela).

Alan C Kauffman also wrote checks on the Albert Robert Miller Estate and used that account to pay himself and a Video Elizabeth when she was signing the Will. Esquire Deposition Services of Boca Raton  video taped this, was paid by the Estate of Albert Robert Miller and Alan C Kauffman refused to allowed the Estate to view this during an incapacitated hearing where E. Miller was found incapacitated to handle her affairs yet alone a Irrevocable Trust Account. The account was paid for by the ARM but was never placed in the Albert Robert Miller Estate name but instead into Alan C Kauffman's name who claims it is his property and refuses to show it. This Video was made for the sole purpose to demonstrating that Elizabeth was of sound mind when she signed a Will with him, a Predesignated Guardian Administrator, and Beneficiary of the Lakie Miller Living Trust. We the Family feel if this is shown it will demonstrate Elizabeth Miller aka E. Lakie Miller was incapacitated at the signing of a Will and all legal papers.

 He had no standing with the Albert Robert Miller Trust but was dipping into it to drain it. The money taken out was sent to ARM was sent to the Lakie trust. How do we know this?

The document below was given to the ARM Trustee and not ready for public display.

In 2 (two) courts of law Alan C Kauffman and his attorney's at Elliot Greenleaf in Pa and Duane Morris in Florida stated that Alan C Kauffman never moved money out of the Albert Robert Miller Estate, never had knowledge of the ARM Estate, and thought this was a joke thinking they are getting away with this. In fact on one of the court record Alan C Kauffman's attorney David R. Carlisle of Duane Morris's own sworn testimony for Alan Kauffman stated that the account's whereabouts are unknown and  somewhere in Pennsylvania. 

This person claimed to be "taking care " Of Elizabeth Miller. We the Family heard this Randy Schlanger call her Granny and Mom in the halls of the Broward Country Court House. We the Family also have copies of checks written out to her with her own handwriting for cash and endorsed by her.There were checks written out with various amounts to her that was not in Elizabeth handwriting and not endorsed with Elizabeth handwriting according to the experts at the IRS when the Estate of Albert Robert Miller was audited by the IRS for back taxes.

Randy J Schlanger and her husband was in debt when they met Elizabeth Miller and needed money. Lots of money. Their business was failing and they owed money. Could this be the woman who posed as her"daughter" and removed Elizabeth from Homewood 4 months before she died?

She had also written herself as a next of kin. Randy Schlanger has no blood ties to the Miller or Fuiman Family. She was a "NEW  45 year old best friend" of Elizabeth Miller who was diagnosed with schizophrenia in Philadelphia Pennsylvania in 2002-2003.

There was a check also written out to Drawer Full of Lingerie written in Randy's Schlanger's hand writing as well as teeth brightening and to a hairdresser who is no longer in business who brightened false teeth in a 96 year old's month and those checks were written out by Randy Schlanger. More will be scanned tomorrow including the 2 mentioned in this paragraph.

According to a FL DCF (Department of Children and Family Services) Randy Schlanger presented to them a check book with a few checks that were presigned as E. Lakie Miller. This will be posted in a few days

According to Ben's Deli in Boca Raton, Randy or a John Shrills would call them, order take, out and pick them up with a check signed by E..Lakie Miller. In the beginning the amount was $200.00 per week and it increased to $600.00 per week. Seems the Estate of Albert Robert Miller was feeding Randy's entire family and guests. These will be scanned in a few days
