UpDate- Philadelphia Court Order Alan Kauffman Had No Standing In Removing Money from the Albert Robert Miller Estate,

If you remember we posted this a few blogs in the past. We are posting this again. Alan Kauffman claimed he did not know where this Estate was and he had no standing to remove any money from this estate. The Will of Albert Robert Miller stated that if Elizabeth (Lakie) Miller became incapacitated then Legg Mason has to go to court and appoint a new Trustee. Loretta Miller was willed in her husband's Will to be the trustee of this estate since there was a in AR Miller's Will clause no 11 stating a Trusteeship can be willed by a trustee. Loretta Miller was the lawful Trustee. But Charles Shuman the wealth manager of this estate hated Loretta Miller because she removed him from her account and moved her account out of Legg Mason to Alex Brown.

In 2003 Jordan Miller after moving to Florida transferred as the Trustee of AR Millers Trust  to a Legg Mason office in Palm Beach Florida. The Account Manager was Roy Apple and Roy looked at a this account and adjusted which increased the earnings by $200,000.00. When Lakie came out of the Menorah House Susan King took over the Albert Robert Miller Trust ( her name and address was found on one of the documents and well as orders to pay her with copies of the checks) and schemed with Charles Shuman in opening the Living Lakie Trust Account with the Marital Trust of over 1 1/2 million dollars and Elizabeth in her Wachovia Bank Checking Account dissolved 5 account that was high yielding , stuck over $800,000.00 into a checking account. Elizabeth held the money there for 1 year and then placed it into the Living Lakie Trust. 
In 2004 after she was Baker Acted Elizabeth got rid of Susan King and hired Frank Pilotti. With Frank Pilotti's help  she bought a Condo in Broward County at the Century Village over paid for this Condo and moved there. This purchase was done with AR Miller Trust account not the Living Lakie Account. She decided to place the condo into the name of the Living Lakie Trust without any regard to the fact the money came from the AR Miller Trust and the fact she bought it after she was Baker Acted and declared incapacitated by Saint Mary's Hospital . Elizabeth needed to get out of Palm Beach County since her Baker Acting in her mind would follow her. She told the Hospital she was never institutionalized but her daughter in law was and had electric shock treatments. They did not believe her. According to the  court orders she was assigned to the Florida NeuroPsychiatric Institute in Broward County Florida for treatment and medication adjustment for her schizophrenia, bipolar and dementia along with parinoidia. 

 Elizabeth had visited the Festival Market Place where Marcus and Loretta had a business and would stop there to talk to them. Loretta ordered shoes for Elizabeth, did not charge her and suddenly Elizabeth was accusing Loretta again of stealing her money with the Condo in West Palm Beach at the Century Village that had both their names on the deed.  Loretta knew Elizabeth was not living there and Elizabeth refused to give her the keys. Elizabeth was allowing Charles Shuman to use it and others.
  
 Alan Kauffman and Charles Shuman together hid the account. Charles Shuman left Legg Mason and the account fell onto a computer that spit out a $8,000 check a month going directly into an account Alan Kauffman was in control of . No bills just word of month between Shuman and Alan Kauffman and with Alan Kauffman in control the AR Miller Trust that became online account access with no watch dog. Stealing each month from the AR Miller Estate and placing it in the Lakie Living trust. When Elizabeth died he Randy Schlanger and John Shrills became the owners of money's stolen from the  Albert Robert Miller estate and divided it up amongst themselves.
  
The reason why Charles Shuman hated Loretta was that Charles Shuman was giving information of the movement of Loretta's , Jordan's both joint and singular  and Marcus' account and money along with stock purchases to Elizabeth Miller which was none of her business and that was unethical. Loretta Miller, Jordan  had jointly and as custodians for Marcus, filed a complaint  against Charles Shuman and a call from Shuman was received that he was going to kill her for that. Charles Shuman was acting illegally in this action below. Many complaints were written to the SEC both Federal and State and nothing was done.

Pennsylvania Law pertaining to Wills, Estates, Foundations must go to Orphan's Court to appoint a Trustee. Alan Kauffman self appointed himself and when it was brought up in Family Court to Magistrate Rita Berry she claimed that Florida courts have nothing to do with Pennsylvania or Pennsylvania Laws, So according to Florida Laws anyone can steal from another state. If this is the case. OJ should have never been arrested.

Court order to stop sending any account information to Alan Kauffman because he has no standing.

.According to the hospital records at Delray Beach Hospital it stated that Elizabeth Miller had dementia when she was in the hospital November 7 2006 Plus she was on narcotics. There was a video taken paid by the AR Miller Trust therefore the video belongs to the AR Miller Trust. This video was suppose to demonstrate she had capacity when she signed these papers to protect her and her attorney. The Video is a public record if he stated it was used for capacity. If Elizabeth had her capacity he would have blasted that video in all the courtrooms we brought him into. But Kauffman didn't . Meaning it showed she was  incapacitated.   Kauffman refused to show the video stating it would embarrass her. If she had her capacity she would not be embarrassed in fact if she was incapacitated she would not know the difference. Kauffman tried to use everything in the book to stop us from seeing this video but it was obtained and I will put this video on later as soon as we place it on Youtube and Vimeo for educational purposes.  Her capacity showed she had dementia (I am putting it nicely) and she was coached what to say and for her test. Randy Schlanger coached her.

There is no where in this living will that states Elizabeth is not to be taken to the hospital or the police is not to be called if she dies in the home. Normal routine at Homewood is to call the ENT's if the person is in distress or the Sheriff if the person dies. This way the home is not held responsible for any foul play. But the Sheriff was not called nor she was taken to the hospital. She died not in the home. She was removed in August 2009 and brought somewhere. We have witness's that she was brought to Randy Schlangers home and there are witness's that a body was removed on November 22, 2009 from Randy Schlangers home

She became Alan Kauffman's wife right after the death of  Elizabeth (Lakie) Miller.That is public record, She just recently divorced him right after he thought the estate in Philadelphia was settled, The Money was settled the body of Elizabeth Lakie Miller  was exhumed. Once the body is buried in a family plot it becomes the property of the family.

I was told all sorts of stories by Elizabeth. She said when Jordan was young he developed a fever. He was crying and doubled in pain. Jordan was bleeding from the rectum . She diapered him She said her mother was in Atlantic City for the summer. She had rented a house or a large apartment. She said she took the bus or train I don't remember which form of transportation she used and went to Atlantic City so her mother could tell her what to do  Her mother called her stupid and said we have to take him to a doctor. They went to Atlantic City Hospital where they were told they needed to take him immediately in for surgery He had Diverticulitis and Appendicitis

She decided not to allow Atlantic City Hospital to do the surgery but went back to Philadelphia and took him to the neighbor Jewish fortune teller who rubbed an egg on his forehead and told her if she doesn't get his surgery immediately Jordan was going to die. A Meckel's diverticulum, a true congenital diverticulum, is a slight bulge in the small intestine present at birth and a vestigialremnant of the omphalomesenteric duct (also called the vitelline duct or yolk stalk). It is the most common malformation of the gastrointestinal tract and is present in approximately 2% of the population,^[1] with males more frequently experiencing symptoms.

Meckel's diverticulum was first explained by Fabricius Hildanus in the sixteenth century and later named after Johann Friedrich Meckel, who described the embryological origin of this type of diverticulum in 1809.^[2][3]

Signs and symptoms[edit]

The majority of people with a Meckel's diverticulum are asymptomatic. An asymptomatic Meckel's diverticulum is called a silent Meckel's diverticulum.^[4] If symptoms do occur, they typically appear before the age of two years.

The most common presenting symptom is painless rectal bleeding such as melaena-like black offensive stools, followed by intestinal obstruction, volvulus and intussusception. Occasionally, Meckel's diverticulitis may present with all the features of acute appendicitis. Also, severe pain in the epigastric region is experienced by the patient along with bloating in the epigastric and umbilical regions. At times, the symptoms are so painful that they may cause sleepless nights with acute pain felt in the foregut region, specifically in the epigastric and umbilical regions.

In some cases, bleeding occurs without warning and may stop spontaneously. The symptoms can be extremely painful, often mistaken as just stomach pain resulting from not eating or constipation.

Diverticulosis (the presence of pea-sized diverticula, or pockets, in the lining of the bowel) is common and quite harmless. It affects about 10-percent of the world’s population by the time they reach 50-years of age, and approximately 50-percent by the time they reach 80-years-old. The good news is that for most it will stop there and no further symptoms will ever manifest.

However, when diverticula grow and place pressure on the intestinal walls—via bowel movements, constipation, gas, waste, or liquid—the intestinal walls weaken and diverticulitis develops, causing several digestive complications, including blockages, inflammation, bacterial infection, and rectal bleeding. Here are ten telling signs that you’ve developed diverticulitis…

1. No Symptoms

Diverticulitis is typically unnoticeable for quite a while before complications start to occur. Most people live their whole lives without the knowledge that they have diverticulitis until a doctor orders tests for an unrelated condition. This occurs because diverticula, small bulging pouches, develop fairly commonly within the digestive system’s inner lining, most often in the lower part of the colon (or large intestine).

The development of diverticula are quite typical after the age of 40-years old. However, they seldom cause pain or health problems. Only if the pouches become inflamed or filled with infection, does diverticulitis pain occur. This is why many sufferers can live for years without knowledge that they have diverticulitis or any health problems.

2. Extreme Bowel Issues

If you alternate between explosive diarrhea and painful constipation, you may have a diverticulitis diagnosis in your future. For instance, those with no signs of inflammation typically suffer from constipation before diarrhea. It’s the constipation (strained bowel movements) that weaken the intestinal walls and encourage diverticular pouches and bacterial infection to form.

Once inflammation of diverticulitis sets in; diarrhea will result. This is often the case when small bulging pouches form within the inner lining of the colon (or large intestine) and diverticula become infected and extremely inflamed, resulting in severe changes to bowel movements (i.e., explosive and painful diarrhea) along with stomach cramps, fever, and often times nausea and severe digestive upset.

3. Fever

Oftentimes with diverticulitis, a high fever will occur—reaching up to 100.4 Fahrenheit or higher. The high fever will be accompanied by full body chills could indicate Peritonitis, a condition that infects the membrane lining of the abdominal cavity. If you have a fever and multiple other symptoms; you should seek medical attention immediately.

Sufferers of diverticulitis can have a combination of symptoms, however, many suffer few symptoms and don’t even realize there is a health issue. While pain in the low abdomen is typically the first sign of any trouble, diverticulitis also commonly causes flu-like fever and nausea, as well as diarrhea. The risk of diverticulitis disease increases when you reach the age of 40, and increases again every 10 years. According to statistics from the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, 50-percent of adults between the age of 60 to 80-years old have diverticular disease.

4. Abdominal Tenderness

Abdominal pain can result with several diverticulitis origins. For instance, the disease manifests in the lower abdominals, so you can expect urinary issues, rigidity, bloating, painful cramps, and abdominal distention. Characteristic symptoms of diverticulitis disease can include a combination of stomach pain mixed with other symptoms, however, many individuals feel no symptoms until an attack suddenly strikes.

Abdominal pain is the most common symptom of diverticulitis. However, its commonly caused by accompanied fistula (which form between tissues and organs that normally don’t connect), blockages in the digestive system, rectal bleeding, severe diverticulitis infection or tears, and in severe cases if an infection causes the colon to rupture (in this case stool will travel from the colon into the abdomen).

5. Rectal Bleeding

Rectal bleeding occurs when feces becomes lodged for long periods in a diverticulum. This may cause a large amount of bleeding all at once, blood in stool, or gradual bleeding over time. Either way, any sign of rectal bleeding should be considered an emergency as it could cause infection, rupture of the colon, or anemia.

Bleeding is a common occurrence with inflammation of pouches and fistulas. Typically the rectum will pass bright red blood in stool or on is own, and you will feel pain and inflammation in the rectum, which bridges the colon and anus. However, in many cases rectal bleeding is totally painless. Either way, any sign of rectal bleeding is dangerous and should be brought to the attention of a physician immediately.

6. Inflammation

According to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, diverticular disease is characterized by diverticula (or pouches in the colon) that become severely inflamed and infected. The inflammation will attack weak areas of the colon (or large intestine) as it works to eliminate bodily waste. Pouches (or diverticula) form in these weakened areas.

The other potential problem caused by infected diverticula is severely painful inflammation—particularly distention in the lower left abdomen region. Any pressure in this area will only worsen the pain and may cause nausea, vomiting, and difficulty breathing. Digestive upset, bowel movement upset (explosive diarrhea), and nausea is also common when inflammation attacks.

7. Pain

Pain is a characteristic sign of diverticulitis, ranging from mild discomfort to excruciating pain, depending on the severity of inflammation in the bowels (colon). At first pain can start soon after a meal and be quickly relieved by passing gas, which is why diverticulitis is often mistaken for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

Typically, diverticulitis sufferers will experience a combination of symptoms, one of which is pain in the lower portion of the abdomen. However, the pain is often accompanied by related symptoms of nausea, vomiting, fever, chills, gastrointestinal pain, rectal bleeding, and a sudden change in bowel habits (i.e., diarrhea).

8. Urinary Tract Infections

Persistent UTIs are another common symptom when fistula (the growth of abnormal connective tissue) develops between the colon and the bladder. This more often occurs in males, as in females the colon and bladder are blocked by the uterus.

According to research from the University of Washington’s Urology Department, Although symptoms diverticulitis symptoms are irritative, meaning they frequently lead to infections of the lower urinary tract (urinary tract infections). According to statistics, cystitis or urinary tract infections are frequent and reoccurring in one-third of patients. Associated symptoms can include urinary pain, urinary frequency (an urge to urinate), vaginal discharge, and decreased urinary retention and control.

9. Bloating & Gas

Lingering bloating that lasts for several days and even weeks can indicate diverticulitis. Painful bloating is aggravated when excess air is swallowed when eating or drinking or eating, or if digestion is impaired or gas passage is blocked by inflamed areas of the bowel.

Most patients will experience intermittent, lower tummy pain and abdominal cramping and bloating due to diverticula infection. The gas pain and bloating usually comes in waves of on again, off again mild to severe cramping. Gas pain is typically focused in the area of the lower left portion of the abdomen. Temporary relief from pain and bloating may occur after bowel movements (often explosive diarrhoea that contains mucus). However, during periods of constipation, gas and bloating can be severe.

10. Peritonitis

Peritonitis, the inflammation of large portions of the abdominal cavity, occurs when infection and inflammation from diverticulitis are left untreated. Peritonitis causes a high fever, a distended and rigid belly, painful bloating, and death within a few days. Emergency surgery is necessary to treat peritonitis.

According to research published by the National Institutes of Health, peritonitis, which occurs with perforated diverticulitis will typically call for open surgery to remove and divert faecal content. The study examined the results of a group of 100 patients, all who suffered perforated diverticulitis causing peritonitis, and consented to undergo laparoscopic peritoneal lavage sugary. The findings showed that the surgery proved successful to remedy symptoms and danger, with a low recurrence risk of reoccurring peritonitis over the short term.

Let me give you some background, Elizabeth Lakie Miller was a thief and I caught her several times stealing out of an apartment I rented from her after I married Jordan I sold my own home and moved in with Jordan because E. Lakie Miller didnt want Jordan to move out. If Jordan moved she would loose control over him.

We owned 647 Bainbridge St to 639 Bainbridge St in Philadelphia  The property 639  Bainbridge is where my mother in law kept all her crap including things she stole out of the apartments she rented out. It was so bad when we switch insurance companies I was told to get her to clear it out, She had papers and wood surrounding a gas burner which heated the property. There were rats, roaches in the property along with fleas. My father in law had a heart attack in there and she got me. I asked her to call 911 which she said she didnt know how to do it. She was claiming the evil was coming out in pain. My father in laws heart stopped and I began CPR on him and placed a lead with a saline drip.He came to and the ENT (engine 11) arrived and I rode with them in the truck. I was pregnant at the time with my twins and I helped them pick him up and manage to lift him over the crap she had in there. There was an path of just 6 inches to walk through. My mother in law was a  hoarder. Every place she used had this stuff, My husband and I had to move all this junk over to make another pile because she said they were antiques, We got an antique dealer in to make her an offer and they told us they will charge us $1000. to remove it. It was worthless. My mother in law said she was a real estate developer because she had rental properties and each one had a violation citation from the city on them and she didn't have a rental license or up to date on fire code standards.  

We managed to get her to move everything out but before she did she tried to sue us. I was losing my property insurance and I got a condemnation on the property because of her crap. We got it removed and then she yelled I had $250,000 hidden in those boxes. That was a lie. Because Jordan went through each box to see what was good and what wasn't . She had old kotex boxes from the 1920's, old clothes that had mold and was rotting away. 

They claim hoarders have a mental issue and after telling Jordan this we went to a family counselor to figure out how to handle this. The apartment we were living in the basement we had the same problem. I got lung infections where I could not breath in the apartment and decided to buy a home and move. My In laws at that point told use they would clear all this out and never did. I bought the home The settlement was the week I was suppose to deliver with my twins I got very sick and then went into labor. One baby was born deceased and my Marc was born healthy, I brought Marc home and he developed ear infections throat infection allergies and our home was ready and we moved. All my illness I had cleared up and my mother in law decided she was not going to talk to me again. That was the best day of my life. The best 2 years of my life

But Jordan wanted a family relationship with his mother, I was fine with his father. He always came over when it was time to eat and I fed him, made him fresh coffee , he loved sampling my homemade chicken soup and matzah balls. I made middle eastern food and he just could not get enough of it. 

I attended family holidays meals and fell asleep or pretended to go to sleep since I knew if I spoke to her I would be accused of something I didn't do.  I kept my distance with her but was friends with her sister Eva. Again Eva was over my house all the time. When I would see her walking I would pull the car over and offer her a ride. I would walk to her home with a shovel when it snowed and shoveled and salt the sidewalk.  Eva was my favorite of Jordan's family plus we were both in the Eastern Star and the Golden Link together. I would sit with her during Friday night services when I was single and a teenager. Eva was my friend as well as my mother's friend.

Leonard was my mother in laws brother . Let me tell you a little about him . He had 4 social security numbers he was arrested many times. He stole tools and was a hoarder also. He would visit my mother in law and demand she give him money. She would give him cash.  One day he said he needed surgery , she gave him $20,000 and he went on a cruise with his live in girlfriend.  

Leonard lost his home  and moved in with Eva. He was suppose to help her. He moved his daughter in who was a drug addict Marcee.   Eva called me said money was missing from her checking account and Eva caught Marcee calling the bank and moving the money into her account. Eva said Marcee took closely to $150,000 out of her teachers retirement account. Jordan and I went down to 2nd street   to see Eva. We sat with her for 3 hours and when Marcee came home from her drug run we got up to leave I said "are you sure you don't want to leave with us". She refused Then I said  "ok we changed the password on your account and we'll keep the checks. If you want to write a check Jordan or I will pick you up and drive you over to our home to write it" That night Eva fell on the floor on purpose left to lay there 5 hours until Leonard came home and was taken to the hospital. My husband 2 days later had an cardiac arrest and was taken to the hospital also. He was in ICU and Eva was 2 floors above him. I visited Eva and when Leonard wasn't there Eva told me the story that Marcee got angry and pulled her out of the chair and hit her until she fell on the floor. At that point I said you are not going back there you are coming home with me.  Eva died shortly after that.  The cause of death was not very clear but somehow I got blamed

His daughter Marcee was a drug addict and my mother in law knew she stole money from Eva, pushed her down to break Eva's hip and didn't want Leonard feeling hurt if so she insisted she would not go to the police instead she sent her to a rehab. She also told Leonard she didn't want her back in a house she owned through Eva Will she forged her signature on. 

Marcee moved back in and all hell broke. Elizabeth Lakie Miller decided to evict everyone from the house and she begged me to do it. I refused her. The reason why I refused her was I just had open heart surgery and wasn't in any shape to deal with my mother in laws crisis. She said I was hateful for refusing. My surgery was very complicated I had died on the table during it. My mother in law did not once called me in the hospital or even visited me. Not even a card. 

My husband begged me and Elizabeth cried in front of him I said I don't want to be accused of anything because of this. And she promised me she would not.  I got my attorney Harry Sher to write up the papers and below is the eviction

When the sheriff was evicting Marcee's son who was fist fighting and finally got cuffed,  Marcee came home and punched me right in the chest where my stitches were. I ended up filing criminal charges on her and getting a stay away order on all of them for my family and my mother in law. Below are the papers.

Jordan and I were moving to South Florida and Jordan insisted we take her. Against my better judgement I bought her a condo in Century Village  and placed her name on the deed with mine and Jordan's. Big Mistake.

Being nice I got 4 seats at a Chabad in Boca Raton for the High Holidays. She didnt want to go. Before all this I took her to a kosher supermarket Glicks and she bought soup and chicken.  She called me during the service and she knew my phone would be off. When I got into the car to drive back to West Palm I had a voice mail she was sick and wanted to go to the hospital. I called her and told her I was going to be there in 20 mins to get ready and took the turnpike. When I got there she was sitting with her next door neighbor Clair talking in her nightgown.  I said get ready It took her 1 hour to get ready because she needed to put on make up

When we got to the hospital and the nurse took her in she told the nurse I hit her in the stomach.I opened her curtain and said I did what? Then she said I am kidding I knew this was the beginning of the same crap she did in Philadelphia. 

She complained  about the hospital and the doctor to me and that she wasn't treated properly She told the doctor I was hiding my husband's medicines. She told the doctors she didn't know why she was served a stay away order on my Marc when he was 3 years old for a sexual assault by trying to cut off his penis she said it was a joke but a knife cut on his penis was not a joke and her visitation with him was limited to 30 mins with me or Jordan present.  I just stopped her from seeing him since she was dangerous.

Two days before Jordan died he told me he was sorry for allowing her to accuse me of things to permit her to do me harm and he should have stood up to her. He then told me of all the abuse she did to him which included hitting him with pots and pans, throwing him out in the yard when it was snowing without a coat because he liked dogs so she told him to live like one. His Grandmother brought him back in and he developed pneumonia

I found this in my husbands files.. Is this normal? But Florida Family Services says she is normal and refused to look at the Philadelphia's Doctors records where she says her husband lives in a pantry and talks to her during breakfast and her sisters talk to her all night and tells her what to do?  Daughter of Sam?

My Mother in Law got angry at me when I began going through her accounts after she asked me to write a check as a birthday present for her nephew Scott. I did and as I began to bring her check book deposits and debits up to date I found several checks written out to Leonard and she knew their was a protective order on her for this extortion, He wanted $1,000 a week and I could not figure for what?

She told the Doctors I was stealing her money and to call Department of Family Services on me. She wanted to go home to my house after the gallbladder surgery but I sent her to a Kosher Nursing home called the Menorah Home. They could not wait until her 30 days she was entitled to by Medicare was up to get rid of her. But before she was discharged Jordan died. I went to the Menorah house to tell her and she said to me What did you do to kill him. That was it... I walked out .. The day of the funeral I called the home and asked them to get her ready to be picked up. She refused to attend her own son's funeral. Instead she called the police and told them I killed Jordan. 2 days later after she called the police she wanted to come to my house for me to take care of her. I refused. They said am I abandoning her I said no she has accused me of many things in the past few days I don't want her in my home, The Menorah home got an attorney Susan King and the real problems began.
